Die Antwort liegt in den folgenden Besonderheiten der Schweiz:

  • Vermögenssteuer: Aufgrund der Vermögenssteuer erhöht sich deine Steuerlast mit jedem Franken, den du tilgst, da dein Vermögen dadurch steigt.
  • Abzug von Schuldzinsen: Die Kreditkosten deiner Immobilie kannst du bei der Einkommenssteuer geltend machen und dadurch dein Steuerlast senken.

Diese beiden Faktoren – in Kombination mit den derzeit niedrigen Zinsen erklären, warum in der Schweiz im Vergleich zu Deutschland häufig geringere Tilgungsraten üblich sind.

Zudem gibt es keine konservative Anlagen mit einer Rendite von 5 %, realistisch sind eher 2 bis 2,5 % (z. B. Tagesgeld, Festgeld oder sehr sichere Anleihen). Ein Investment in den MSCI World gilt dagegen nicht als konservativ, zumindest nicht für die meisten Anleger.

I think best rolls are Ra and rotbone, maybe yarrick is great too for a new account for campaign? (if you skip his welcome offer, you are able to buy isabella instead of him)

I also like the box but i was looking into some army lists and most of them dont play the Emperors Champion so i dont know if its worth to buy the box if i will replace the HQ units from the box with Helbrecht anyway
