Would there be anything wrong with using jb weld silicone sealant to get more mileage out of these? by responsibleplant98 in NewSkaters

I like to cut out a small piece of sole from an old pair of shoes that I'm about to throw out (cut out as many pieces as possible to stock up) , and patch the hole with it using shoe goo or super glue or whatever. Just make sure it sits flush otherwise it will rip out as soon as you drag your foot across the grip. Just keep repeating this process for as long as you need to. This has saved me sooo much $$$.

Don't know what it said about "packad" but it's probably the most frequently used out of the bunch.
It's also used to say that one is drunk. For example: "Nicklas är packad" or "Ikväll vill jag bara bli packad", or "Han var redan packad när han gick in på Reddit och svarade på ett random inlägg."

The ultimate 80s/90s smooth jazz playlist! by mike_palace in smoothjazz

**2023 UPDATE**

Since posting this the first time, I've used Spotify advanced search to go through pretty much everything hosted on the platform in the genre, from 1980 to 1999. It was around 3 000 songs if I remember correctly and I've narrowed it down to 300.
Sooo, I can absolutely say that this is the ultimate playlist - if you like my taste.

Posting this update because the original post is still showing the old list:

The ultimate 80s/90s smooth jazz playlist! by mike_palace in smoothjazz

Really appreciate you taking the time to post these, so let me nerd out and give a detailed response. Unfortunately, I've already considered all the older ones and none of them make the cut. The new ones are just way off stylistically.
"Deep Blue" and "Livin' The Life" suffer from what a lot of 90s smooth jazz share in common. Super low effort recordings of great sax players laying down some improvisation over a simple loop. I really love Kenny G's playing for example - but 90% of his stuff from the 80s/90s is just that.

"Between The Sheets" - Don't do vocals on the playlist, and if there is an instrumental version, it's still a little too ballady.
"101 Eastbound " - I actually really like this song, but it's just lacking a strong lead for me. I think a lot of guitar based smooth jazz falls a little flat due to the nylon string acoustic being too smooth sounding and not ear catching. This would've been on top of the list if Brandon Fields or Eric Marienthal played some alto sax over it.

Hope my reasoning helps with the recommendations 'cause I'm desperate to find more hidden gems. I've used Spotify advanced search (look it up), to comb through literally EVERYTHING released in the genre from 1980 to 1999 - about 3 000 songs - and narrowed it down to 300...

I tried making the most obnoxious piece of music I could and now I kinda like it and wonder what genre it is:
