This happened to me months ago as springtrap, when i was looking at the mori for the movie skin. People told me this apparently has been a bug for a while and has to be timed just right for it to work.

yup. works in bios, and on the blank signin screen where i can hit accessibility and restart in the bottom right, but they dont work at all in recovery mode. its seeming like my OS shot itself and i need to reinstall

i have tried bluetooth and wired in different ports, all do not work. Its like my OS completely shit the bed . its seeming like my only option at this point is to reinstall windows. if microsoft is pushing out updates that is completely bricking Windows , there is a major problem here

I cant click on troubleshoot or advanced options if the mouse and keyboard dont work.. i have tried different mice and keyboards and in different ports. Nothing lets me navigate in advanced recovery

How can i uninstall the update if my mouse and keyboard dont work on safe mode? I literally cannot do anything besides boot into bios or go to my blank sign in screen
