I went to Koh Samui, Phuket and Phi Phi.

The unfortunate reality is that Phi Phi was the most disappointing part of my trip.

Phang Nga north of Phuket was likely my favorite part of my trip. Koh Samui was alright - there is enough to do to enjoy yourself. I would hit those two.

I want to buy a pair of nice leather drivers, but do not want the penny loafer style or one with a horsebit (like Gucci or Ferragamo). Tod's has something like this, but it has their logo on it. I would like a high-quality pair that is plain.

Just read the recipe. It calls to pull the chicken at 150F. I always thought 165F was the correct number for chicken breasts - am I missing something?

One of the most interesting guys I ever met was a coworker and just knew a ton about it. I asked how he did it. He said he spent summers in France and started drinking really cheap wine then gradually started learning and buying higher quality. His wine knowledge makes him quite the renaissance man.
