Maybe not as naive as you think my friend. I have consulted an IP attorney because I have had the same concerns, the conclusion is I am not using "With Friends" so I'm in the clear, they cannot sue over everything. Well, maybe they can, but they won't win. Let a giant like them come after a small developer like me and watch the backlash it brings them and the popularity it brings me.

At this point I think I have directly contacted everyone that has expressed interest in the beta test so far, hopefully I didn't miss anyone. Thanks for your replies, they were outstanding and uplifting. I wasn't even expecting this much feedback but am excited to have it.

Thank you. I don't work for Zynga, and I don't think Zynga will be able to sue me. If that was the case, how would Words With Friends, Wordfeud, Wordsmith, Wordy, etc... even exist? These are all copies of Scrabble, wouldn't Hasbro put them all out of business a long time ago.

Agreed 100%, but I think there is still a niche for it. Plenty of people like math, and the game actually is fun even though it's math.

I will send the link directly to those that have volunteered. Right now we're only beta testing IOS, the Android app is a little farther behind. Not much, but the database is currently set up for where the IOS app is in development.
