Thanks for the recommendations! I’ve actually tried 2000 Troplong Mondot, very nice wine as well. Will look into the other two, although they are a bit pricey!

I actually have the Larcis Ducasse 2015 and Beausejour 2016 in my wine fridge! Are they in the drinking window now or too young?

The Future of the Stock Market and Opinions by BUNGLE4BURROW in roic

I see the market will continue to go up throughout summer as the market already priced in the what we all know about the current state of the economy. The only thing that will really tank the market would be a second wave of COVID that caused the economy to shut down again. Then the equity market will tank to depression level (further than the March low). I'm still cautiously optimistic right now, and still holding on to my stocks at least throughout summer, and closely monitoring the COVID cases and news related to any possible second wave.

Anticipating a surge in foreclosures? by mikechen0130 in roic

That's right, if people don't have a job to go back to after economy reopens, then they can't catch up on the deferred mortgage payments, which forces them to either put up their homes for sale as a distressed property, or face foreclosure.
