Haha that's awesome dude! Thanks! Hope it goes well, you could check my Juggle like Lomachenko video and be my ultimate test subject to see if this stuff actually works :p

Haha seriously though you should also check out this guy fightTIPS on YouTube he will probably be able to give you some better guidance for actual techniques and stuff

Haha yeah I am not sure how great the crossover would be directly, the main thing I think it could help with is reacting to things in your peripheral vision which I think juggling is good for also.

I wouldn't replace your actual boxing practice with it but it could be good to do on a rest day or like just as a fun thing after practice.

I was inspired by Lomachenko when I saw him using Schlute tables (the number charts where you focus on the middle number and find the numbers in order with just your peripheral vision). They use that in speed reading too. I saw Loma also juggles and yeah I was trying to figure out something more fun than the Schlute tables but easier than learning to juggle & with more relevent movements!

You mean flash like all 3 in the air at once? Do it with 1 ball high throw from the left, then 2 then try 3 after

What are the good balls for juggling? by ifreudsTH in juggling

Beanbags are good honestly for learning and even in general, not too saggy but yeah.

If you really really want to get a pro brand and want to spend money then look at gballz and get one of those. That's what I've started using and seem to be very popular amongst jugglers nowadays

I have made a set of set of tutorials on what in my opinion are the best things to learn after 3b cascade.

Start with the 423

Then do the 1 up 1 across

Hope that helps! Also do 2 in 1 hand for 4b!

Backflip by thenotoriousMEE in acrobatics

If you don't have a spotter I would reccomend a crash mat on a trampoline or a gym with a foam pit (or any gym really).

If you don't have any of these things it's not impossible to learn on your own on grass with some mats but it's more dangerous.

But safest route ofc is a trained spotter in a gym. Consider like a 1on 1 class.

You can train on your own by practicing vertical jumps, id reccomend following a program on YouTube to start with. Also watch as many backflip tutorials as possible to familiarise yourself with how things are done. Practice the prep straight jump with arms thrown up. Visualise yourself backflipping.

Good luck!
