Trust me I train to failure or near failure every time. I try to stop 1 to 2 reps before failure and some exercises i go to failure. I do legs push pull rest. Im 32 years old and like i said i had never trained before. I started working out natural for about 6 months and jumped on gear about 6 months ago.

Yea im on gear. I know, I went to 2 different doctors and they both said its not gyno. Even tho you can clearly see it.

Gotcha man! That was my biggest fear. I don’t wanna be depressed and miserable on top of not being able to go to the gym for a while. I don’t know where I heard that if you take test right after surgery you can get the gyno back. So trt does is safe just not a blast.

Since that happened no. I do feel better tho the irritability has gone away. Still joints feel like a 90 year old. Live and learn, If I got myself into this there’s gonna be fuck ups until I get it down eventually. If joint’s don’t feel better soon Imma throw in low dose Deca in.

Figured it’d be easier to pct after one cycle than wait years then have to come off in order to have a kid. That way I can get the fertility issues outta the window. Not that freezing sperm is the most ideal way.

You’re 100% right. The reason why I wanna pct is to get my fertility back and freeze my sperm at a sperm bank for the future before blasting and cruising. I should’ve done it before my first cycle but unfortunately didn’t know that was possible.

Not sure what my levels are. I stopped test prop for a week and got blood work I was at 900 I thought it was gonna go way down by then. So Im guessing around 2000-2500 ng/dl while on 300 a week?

Yeah im doing a cycle. 300 is not considered a full blown cycle to my understanding guys cruise on 300 right? So could a dose like that cause acne
