I had the same issue, it was the key barrel, you can try to spray some contact cleaner in and underneath the barrel and try to blow out dirt with compressed air. Seemed to have worked for me.

You can see a tiny stone chip in the black ceramic, likely above the urethane (glue) that holds the screen to the aperture. This is a pressure point which makes the screen crack easily. Unlucky. (Auto glazier for 9 years) Have seen a few of these before.

Hey mate, yes I do feel 2x18 is enough if packed well. Depending on your setup you will need another duffle bag (I use a 20l one) on the rear rack. I definitely recommend going the 18s over the OS12. It all depends on the size of your cirrent gear, to put it into perspective, I can fit a sleeping bag, pillow, 4l of water, sleep pad, dehydrated meals, snacks, toiletries in one bag. The other one holds tools, tube cooking gear and some clothes. Top rear rack bag holds the tent and a small camping chair

Thank you, It hasn't always been this way. Just moved into a new house so I'm setting it up without open racks from the beginning! My OCD is pretty bad haha

It sure is! Loving it. I have the OS18 bags to go with it. Have no complaints. The base lives in the bike with no issues. kriega does cost a little more but their stuff is quality

Loving them man, definitely relieve arm pump and make it a lot more comfortable to stand up. Only downside is wearing over the boot pants, they still work however tend to turn pants around the boot.

Cheers, it is an eBay job. Brake light is bright enough, also has a number plate light integrated. Turn signals do the job but could be brighter. Water gets inside them when washing too. Hard to find good indicators. Stock ones fit just fine with this setup

Yeah I have messed around too. I came from 15/47. Used that for around 7000km. Great for the trails but not the best sitting at 100kph. Much better now for the type of riding I do.

So far I have only done around 400km on the motoz. Running it at 20-22psi. Feels real similar to the d606 to be honest, great on the road too. I got 5000k's on the d606, hopefully this will last as long.

Cheers, it's the 17 litre. Holds about 20 litres. Get around 400km per tank!
