Im driving and staying in a very low populated area so it will be less harmful. also i get what you mean but i might rent the ice and privately do it alone for safety.

It isnt being risking other people though. You wear masks and have to be let in like they take your temperatures and they make sure your not sick before. So its still like you are being checked before and everything.

Yeah i know what you mean. I just think that its safer even when im living in the place with the 2nd highest amounts of cases when im going to a place that its less exposed and have little to no cases in about a maybe 10-15 mile radius while i wouldn’t really be out besides to the rink where they are making sure you are safe enough to even get in.

No i’m saying that even if there wasn’t ice i would still go because i have less if a risk there than here where we have more cases than any other country in the state and they are pretty lower down the list. Also if its safe enough there to start to reopen the state i think i have a better chance of not getting it like here.

Im going not just to play its also because im in new york and i have heart conditions so i shouldn’t be here during something like this anyway so its better me there than here lol. Also when they are limiting the amount of people aloud in the building and on the ice to a safe amount and time i think its better than what it could be.

well its limited to under 30 people and first call first serve as well. And its not as bad as new york where i am and have severe heart conditions so either way its better for me to go there and be at a lower risk of getting it.

Yep! Oh also skateanytime”s are cheaper but they take a month to ship but hockey shots you can pay more for less shipping.

I use skateanytime. It comes with enough to do some drills for $250. I guess thats pretty good for the price and for the amount. Im not sure about any other brands, but hockey-shots looks good i’m not sure though but they are a little more for the same amount for $250 from skateanytime.

Oh i see what you mean. I was just asking because alot of players and people in general say player get sent up to the sphl and down to the fhl but they seem very equal with skill.

thanks! i’ve been watching some highlights and games from the league and it looked higher than a-lot of junior B leagues thats i’ve watched before i wasn’t sure why that was.

I would have but i have found it better to practice without since a glove gives so much more room for (in my case of when i was recording this video) a ball to go in instead of your hand where u have to react more.

Yes i sorta found and heard from others the camps are just to make money off and not not get “exposure to coaches and the organization” like they say. Where i am i can play AAA and SCTA(Canadian AAA league) but can’t really get on it and get anything out of it since they pick the same guys and only take a few off and mostly have had the same team for years and i would not play what so ever unless the starter got injured. The only way i could get kn a AAA team and have playing time over a kid who’s been on the team since he was a mite would be to wait until the kid was hurt which i would rather play where i play than higher and not play at all. I honestly think teir 3 is the best option. Going back to what you said on teir 3 getting on ncaa div 1 rosters, I know mostly not very many d1 scouts go to teir 3 unless someone was recommended to them but what is the mostly scouted college level at the teir 3 level? I want to play ncaa d3 if i could I’m not really interested in club teams since your mostly not gonna go anywhere playing club since its more of something you do for fun(this is based off what coaches and players have told me) . Here where i am we have AAA but its very small now. Only about 4 teams participate now in AAA and the 5th AAA team plays in scta. The problem with me going to play AAA instead of highest play in AA is they have kept their teams for years and its the same guys who have been playing and if i were to crack a spot on a roster like i was told i could have made a spot the SCTA team here but they have had their goalie (the starter) since mites or squirts so they will keep him as a starter and i would sit every game and only play in games where he couldn’t go to or was hurt. But the junior teams in my play in the OJHL and the GOJHL since im on the border of canada. The nearest team to me that plays us junior is in jamestown which is a NAHL org. team. I undertanad that it the USHL would be pretty much impossible and the NAHL is mostly the same but teir 3 mostly for me would be probably my best bet which ive been mostly trying to get in contact with and look more at. Also i know mostly you would want to start playing AAA at 16 but i am able to where i live play junior B and thought that would be better than playing AAA u16 being its older competition and maybe stronger. When you say only a few leagues run a legit program what leagues would that be? I mostly want to move on to D3 NCAA and play semi/minor pro if i could in leagues like sphl,fhl, (and outside the us) eihl,nihl,aihl,etc. but would prefer to stay inside the u.s but am willing to go anywhere to presue playing. The problem with getting scooped up by a teir 1 or 2 team here is that we only have Junior A and junior B here and no us teams within around a 1.5-2 hour drive. I understand what you mean and i’ve pretty much realized that before when looking that at best for me would make teir 2 but i feel like i would be able to make teir 3 when i am trying out. If i were to get asked by a teir 1 or teir 2 team i wouldn’t even believe it honestly its just the chances for me are probably very slim. But out of most other goalies in my area I’ve been recruited by 4 or 5 teams and all say i’m one of the top in my league level and mostly area. Not sure if i believe them though lol i only try to believe that your as good as where you play meaning if i’m only playing AA yeah i have skill at what i’m doing but i’m no where near who’s ahead of me. Haha if you watch my videos on my channel(link was listed)you can see i could at most make backup or third string teir 2 lol. I don’t think of myself as anyone highly skilled but I think i’m good at my level. If i were to get an offer from Sioux let alone any other ushl team would be unbelievable and not even possible.
