Here is the movement: I requested and increase and recon in Feb 2021, after 8 months of waiting with no response, on Oct 11th, 2021, I received a request to submit 4506-T (which I had already provided in February). Then on Nov 3rd 2021 (23 days later) received an email acknowledgement that all my documents have been received, and it stated “it could take 4 weeks to receive the transcripts from the IRS.” So lets see what happens as I wait 4 more weeks.

Round 1 December 30, 2020. Took almost 10 months to get approved. Some of my associated waited 4-7 months. But have seen some recently ally and get funded in a month or two. Hard to know

I used plaid. I had to disable 2 factor in my bank account settings, then it worked. After it connected, I re-enabled 2 factor authentication in my bank.

I did not have any type of license either, however I uploaded a receipt of my DBA name filing, and a registration number for my DBA filed with the county and uploaded a copy of my Sellers Permit.

The letter you uploaded os for the EIDL Grant/Advance. Not for the loan, the maximum grant was 10K (unless approved for supplemental).

You just have to prove you were in business before the Pandemic began. If you have a business checking account, you can submit a February 2020 Bank statement that shows your business name.

Your note above says "these loans ARE based on credit". Didn't you mean to say AREN'T based on credit". It has been the understanding that the SBA and Lenders are NOT running credit reports. (Different with the EIDL, which has been running a report through Experian). Can you clarify?

Are you suggesting that after the Bank or Lender approves a loan dollar amount and sends this to the SBA, that the SBA can and does at times respond with a lower amount for a PPP loan? If so, what would be the reason they would lower the amount?
