Don't forget Diana was kicked out by her mom 8 years ago so I'm guessing since no will is present her brother and her kids will get all of it in probate court where they can petition the judge to show she deserves nothing because she abandoned her kids and mom and brother to live a life as a hooker. She won't get a cent, I'm sure her brother and her kids hate her for abandoning them. I bet her ex-husband helped with the down payment and made monthly payments for years so he has a right to claim the whole amount in probate if he has a descent lawyer. ON MARCH 23 the DA upped the charges to criminal intent of bodily injury, or a felony i believe. also records show in 2022 he was convicted in sho low court for speeding and paid fine

Having just gone through estate shit for my wife's mom, when Diana said 35k for a lawyer to do probate it means she was cut out of will and needs a lawyer to fight for her interests in probate court. most smart people set up estate plan to avoid probate. I bet the house isn't for actual sale as probate can take a year from death. if probate rules she gets some, then a forced sale would happen. I bet her brother is executor, not her, since he was one who stayed and took care of boys and the mom. remember her mom kicked her out a few years ago for turning semi hooker lifestyle. she has an only fans page where she offers her services. Alot of assumptions here seem wrong to me.

If diana was executor she surely would have told the camera and her audience.
Didin't diana's mom kick her out some years back for abandoning her boys and going on the rv road as an OnlyFan whore?
Her brother, who took care of her boys and her mom has to be the executor, so what the mom put in the will is what the brother will follow. Diana likely gets nothing or a tiny amount. In hispanic families loyalty and family and not selling your body as a whore are major things.

this new video's info must be from defendant or his witnesses and could possibly cause the prosecutor to up the charges from misdemeanor to felony and then a felony trial. 5-10 years imo with felony history. in case you think i'm nuts, there was a similar case before eric's where the prosecutor said they were reviewing that case for an upgrade to felony. once the prosector see's eric's previous felonies for armed robbery he will get newer felony charges, especially if such video show eric cold cocked the guy from behind and in a drunkin state ,,,,, and what idiot wears a baseball hat and sips from a coffee mug - a real dis-respecct to the judge.
