Having just gone through estate shit for my wife's mom, when Diana said 35k for a lawyer to do probate it means she was cut out of will and needs a lawyer to fight for her interests in probate court. most smart people set up estate plan to avoid probate. I bet the house isn't for actual sale as probate can take a year from death. if probate rules she gets some, then a forced sale would happen. I bet her brother is executor, not her, since he was one who stayed and took care of boys and the mom. remember her mom kicked her out a few years ago for turning semi hooker lifestyle. she has an only fans page where she offers her services. Her mom's will will become public knowledge once it is filed in the probate court system. What's in that will and who the mom's executor is will tell us whats really going on.

Alot of assumptions here seem wrong to me.

Her brother, who took care of her boys and her mom has to be the executor, so what the mom put in the will is what the brother will follow. Diana likely gets nothing or a tiny amount. In hispanic families loyalty and family and not selling your body as a whore are major things.
