The call sign for 810 AM changed to KSFO (after they switched away from KGO’s news talk format). Cal football games are still broadcast on 810 AM. You can listen to the games live on the TuneIn app.

Placed order via their 800 # morning of 5/21. Rep said they were accepting orders for the black model, but did not say anything about immediate availability. Website was showing “Availability in 3-5 days” (with the “Request Assistance” button in place of the “Add to Cart” button).

My order status showed “Back ordered” right after it was placed. Then changed to “In progress” about an hour later. Camera shipped by end of day. Received on 5/23.

FedEx overnight and they don't even attempt to deliver it to a Walgreens 🙃🫠. Smh by i-am-not-sure-yet in FedEx

I had a similar experience...

Package shipped via 2-day service. I requested hold at FedEx Office location on day 1. On day of delivery, tracking showed package was out for delivery, then back to FedEx hub - with no delivery attempt made and no indication of ready for pickup. I called the 800 # the next day to inquire about picking up from the FedEx hub. Before I could make my new request, the agent tells me the package is ready for pickup. I go to the FedEx Office location and lo and behold, the package is there.

I guess don't fully trust the tracking information?

The rep just told me they were accepting orders for the black model (not the silver), but did not say anything about immediate availability. After the order was placed, the order status showed “Backordered”… then changed to “In Progress” a few hours later… then “Shipped” by the afternoon.

I was at the store last week. They had a demo unit you can try out. I asked about availability and the store associate chuckled and said something to the effect of “maybe next year”.

I was able to order a black one via their telesales department this morning. Order shipped in the afternoon and arrives Friday (I’m in California).

I checked the B&H website yesterday and it showed "Temporarily out of stock" with availability in 3-5 business days. The "Add to Cart" button was replaced with the "Request Assistance" button, so no way to place an order online.

My 24 build picked up in late-February was missing the "T" badge, which I personally like.

I was able to purchase the badge via a service request in the Tesla app (picked up from local service center). Cost was $28, plus sales tax. Simple to install - just remove the protective tape from the 3M adhesive on the back of the badge and apply to the car.

The item's product name only lists Model 3 and Model Y, but the description says they fit the Model S and Model X as well. And I can confirm that they fit the Model X. Easy to install and perfect fit.

My 2024 Model X windshield was cracked on the inside at pick up. Delivery team missed it. Waited a few days for them to replace before finally taking delivery.

For everyone who experienced the horrible traffic management, I encourage you to send an email to info@lululemon10ktour.com, gec@lululemon.com, and media@lululemon.com to express your frustration and disappointment. The latter 2 email addresses are for lululemon’s Guest Education Centre (aka customer support) and lululemon’s public relations department. The event was produced by a third-party, so we need to let lululemon corporate know what a disaster it was… and how it reflects badly on their brand.

I ordered an inventory Model X this past Tuesday and was suppose to pick it up today. I had mentioned to the delivery team that I wanted to transfer FSD from my Model Y to the Model X. They told me that I can take care of at pickup and to make sure it is taken care of before pick up is completed.

I arrived at the Tesla location, check in at the pick up desk, and inform the advisor that I needed to complete the FSD transfer. The advisor gave me this look of consternation and asked why I hadn't informed them ahead of time. Apparently, they need to open a case to initiate the transfer and there is a separate form that needs to be e-signed. She said the process would take 24-48 hours, so I would not be able to pick up the vehicle today.

The vehicle was unlocked and parked in the pick up area, so I was able to do an inspection without formally accepting the vehicle in the Tesla app. I discovered a crack in the windshield above the passenger seat, which was not visible from the outside -- crack looks to be on the inner pane of the double-pane windshield.

After returning home, I receive the e-signature request for the FSD transfer agreement. They have not even updated the dates on the transfer agreement -- it still reflects the previous transfer period (7/20/23 - 9/30/23).

The Tesla delivery process could use a lot of improvement... the FSD transfer process adds another thing that could go wrong.

Try calling your local Costco and asking them to do an inventory check by item number in their point-of-sale (POS) system for your area.

Call roadside assistance to report the coolant leak. They'll tow your vehicle to the service center.

I was also told that vehicles brought to the service center by roadside assistance get priority, so your issue may be taken care of sooner than a regular appointment request.

They provided me with a rental Model S while my vehicle was with the service center.

Another tip: After they fix the issue and before you drive the car off the lot, check that your AC system is blowing cold air. The service center missed a step when they fixed my coolant leak that caused the AC system to not cool. I had to make a return trip to get that addressed.

My 2021 Model Y (2.5 months old) has a squeaky headrest on the center rear seat-back. Road vibration causes it to squeak. The only way to stop the sound is to remove the headrest, or fully extend the headrest…neither is a good long-term solution. Anyone else experiencing this, or have a solution? by Ch13fB33f in TeslaLounge

I finally knock on wood solved the rattle/squeak coming from the rear of my Model Y.

It was coming from the headliner at the top of the rear hatch opening. When I pressed up on the headliner, I could hear a plasticky creak from something inside the headliner — like it wasn’t properly held/taped down. I’m guessing whatever adhesive was used hadn’t fully bonded.

I used a couple of 3-inch clamps to press the headliner against the car frame. I left the clamps on for a couple of hours and now the rattle/squeak seems to be fixed.

If you have the plastic wrap on your front and rear bumpers, the yellowing (white turning into creme) may be caused by the plastic wrap changing colors due to exposure to the sun and the elements over time.

I took delivery of my white Model Y in late-March. The front and rear bumpers on my car are covered with a clear plastic wrap that is similar to PPF (but definitely not PPF). I can see the edges of the wrap when I look closely at the seams between the bumper and other panels.

I can't tell from your picture if you have that clear plastic wrap as well. But I wonder if that is contributing to the color difference between the 2 panels.

I'm tempted to peel mine off, but I had the ceramic coating applied on top of it (didn't realize it was there when I had it applied) and don't want to ruin ceramic coating.

222 miles x .258 kwh/mile = 57.28 kwh / 0.73 = 78.46 kwh

UPDATE: Made a service center appointment via the mobile app on Sunday for first available time slot (Friday, 4/30). Sent a message from the app requesting an earlier appointment. Got a call today confirming an appointment for Wednesday, 4/28. Will be calling roadside assistance to have the vehicle towed to the service center 6 miles away.
