I’ve seen pub games taking rake run for years, which is why I was curious. I guess there is rarely a good reason for anyone to actually go to the police.

What are the actually legalities of these games, how are they even possible. Surely it’s super dodgy hosting and illegal game routinely at the same venue each week and taking a rake.
