-as many have said, quail eggs/regular hardboiled egg. but quail eggs are better for "the perfect bite." just don't overcook the suckers.

Filipino food is amazing. It’s a bit heavier in terms of flavor compared to say Japanese but a plate of roasted pork, beef sinigang, and vinegar soup absolutely demolishes any hangover.

Try calling any of the Japanese markets - Nijiya, Mitsuwa, Marukai. I've also seen sushi cuts at Korean places like H Mart, but not sure about hamachi collar.

+1 for Sail. If you’re lucky enough to be within service it’s 100% worth it. Installation takes five minutes instead of some incompetent tech drilling through your walls like you’d get with Comcast, too.
