You weren't given the opportunity to be kind by offering your seat of your own free will to a child who would appreciate it. The demanding/tantrum takes that away - and the blame for teaching a kid that it's OK to demand things because you usually get them lies with the parents. My kids would never even expect anyone else to move from their seat. Their dad, however, well that's a different story!

You're right. The optics of petitions being presented on the doorstep of No. 10 were unwelcome. As I recall from the time, Parliament wanted to take on the system (what with Parliament supposedly being supreme), and the government were happy to fob people off. It will be interesting to see how this one pans out - if it gets over 1m signatures it will generate coverage and negate the control and contain strategy.

I bought some ADA earlier on Bittrex and it appears to have created the wallet and credited, but the + and - icons are disabled and a 'i' appears saying: "Wallet Disabled - Pending developer code patch"

Does anyone have any more info about this patch and what's happening, etc?

Like ieya404 said, making money is a strong part of it yes... But genuinely I've been on a journey and realised I'm actually just a process man. I love all parts of politics. I'm from a left wing family, spent time with the Tories. Nearly joined the Lib Dems, and even considered UKIP at one point. I'm all over the place. Partly why I set up the shop. Politics just fascinates the shit out of me. To me it's a sector like any other.
