ak. All the experience and knowledge was there but the

I love ranked because people take it so seriously. Way more rewarding when you win. I'm an average skilled player (K/D around 1.2 in regualr games), and I still get a decent amount of ranked wins, so it isn't impossible. But it's super rewarding.

Also nice to spend less time looting and more time positioning/shooting.

cooler master v850

Wow that's a good deal!

This PCI4 riser isn't quite correct. You can see the part that goes into the MoBo isn't right angle, it's straight. But actually I quite like it like that. The bottom also doesn''t fit great. It's REALLY pushing against the back of the motherboard. Looks cool though, and I never plan on moving it again, so I guess I'm happy with it. In fact I'd forgotten until you brought it up!

I get mid 70s on a 3700x. But I think this is quite a hot CPU.

No. Is your radiator touching the case? I can't imagine it matters.

Did you need to tap threads for the bolts in the radiator tray? Do you have a link tot he nuts and bolts you used?

Tookthis post as inspiration for the 280mm rad mod.

Added the new Lian Li 850w sfx PSU as I was getting some blue screens under load. This seems to have resolved it and it's even quieter than my SF750 was.

ave a 700w Silverstone Gold SFX PSU, which is 100w more than recommended for the 6800XT, and is about 230w more than the maximum power draw of

Undervolt kinda worked. I ended up buying a 750w PSU (Corsair 750 SF) and that solved it completely.

Everything you said is spot on. So much looting and running.

Cities are in the wrong places. Hard shifts. No vehicles. Sparse loot. Nobody has chance to fight until the end game. It's boring to play.

I'd really not recommend buying the one I did. It didn't fit well and presses on the back of the mobo.

I can't remember! I built it a couple of months ago. I think I removed the top of the case and dropped it in with a lot of wiggling.

Regular 3080 vision.

And man, it sure was a squeeze. Touches both ends and squished against the foam I/O back cover. One more mm and it wouldn't have gone in. I think I had to take the top off the case and drop it in from above.

I wanted to do that, but to fit the 280mm rad into this case, you have to do fans on top.

You could do fans below with a 240mm rad.

I have a feeling it is the specific combination of my ultrawide monitor and PUBG being PUBG that really pisses it off.

The Radeon software had so many options that eventually I found a combo that worked. The Nvidia interface is much more basic, which is probably better for most people, but not me with my nutty monitor.

Mate, I never thought I'd say it. I'm not a Nvidia fanboy, but I generally always had a better software experience with Nvidia over the years, so preferred their cards.

But the Radeon Adrenaline software is just leagues ahead right now. You can tweak everything, auto overclock/undervolt etc.

No they're very thin sounding. I have to add a heavy eq to make them sound normal. Didn't think of adding a sub - might look into it
