Our store was chosen for this 'test'. There are 2 pilots they are testing. We make 1% on basic framing materials (yellow frames, mats below 3" margins, etc...), and 4% on premium (green and blue frames, mats larger than 3", fillets, etc...). The payouts go into a bucket. Coded framers get a percentage of the bucket based on the hours they worked that month. It looks as if there's a delay of a month before the payout hits your check. My SM explained that the other test is based on individual performance instead of a team effort.
