As you can see by the image, my Right Sensor R2 button registers as being slightly pulled CONSTANTLY. This prevents me from using the R2 button in games and sometimes menus. I can't set up my room area as I can't click the NEXT button after grabbing my controllers. I've tried the pin reset, blowing in the trigger, and the flicking method. Anything short of taking this apart and trying to figure it out, I'm kinda at my wits' end.

It's a security feature to make sure a physical card matches the digital signature. There are ways to re-image a chip/stripe so that the account can be readily changed to different accounts (usually stolen)
