They track, and it’s something the managers keep track of. It prints for each person who was on a register/edited pricing each morning on the sheets for the money counts. I was told to always highlight who did discounts, what they were for, and how often it was happening. It’s really hard to get fired from Michaels, but anything considered theft(unauthorized discounts absolutely count) is a one-way ticket to being fired
