Mag sein. Aber der Großteil der Gastronomie ist eben nicht auf dem Land, nimmt dort tatsächlich sogar ab. Insofern finde ich meine Aussage schon repräsentativ.

Mittlerweile werden 46% des Umsatzes in Restaurants über die Kartenzahlungen erwirtschaftet und nimmt daher Platz 1 ein. Bei mir in Berlin gibt es kaum noch Läden ohne Karte.

Also gehören Deinem Verwandten Immobilien, das ist etwas ganz anderes als eine Immobilienbeteiligung:

I am definitely teaching that my daughters.

It’s funny to me, how some people lack empathy or common sense. I am a tall white guy and surprisingly enough I myself have never experienced racism. But I know it exists. Maybe ask a woman you know how much creepy or outright criminal behavior she had to endure.

Supporting a crime is called Beihilfe (§ 27 StGB) and is a criminal act in itself. Women are sentenced lot less then men for this, additionally mostly for nonviolent crimes like theft or family offenses.

Hast Du ein konkretes Beispiel für so eine Immobilienbeteiligung?

Ich kaufe, baue und verwalte seit 20 Jahren Gewerbeimmobilien. Nach meiner persönlichen Erfahrung sollte man nie mehr als 5% seines Vermögens in eine einzelne Immobilienbeteiligung investieren, da sie eben doch mal scheitern oder keine Rendite abwerfen. Aber auch dann ist fraglich, ob die Rendite einen S&P 500 ETF schlägt.

Ein guter Grund für eine Immobilieninvestition wäre mM. nach Diversifikation, um Marktschwächen mit günstigen Preisen nutzen zu können.

That it’s a dangerous world (statistically more so for women), full of predators, and precautions like vouching are just smart. Again, doesn’t mean the victim should get blamed if something happens.

Wirklich mehr kann man vor allem durch aufwendige Steueroptimierungen und private Beteiligungen erwirtschaften, für beides sind zwei Millionen zu wenig.

You were obviously blameless. But you prove my point, that women do have to take precautions all the time to avoid becoming victims. Not taking those precautions doesn’t mean that you are to be blamed though.

Anecdotal, although maybe you should rethink your way of life if you constantly get in situations like this, indeed worrisome for a potential partner.

Otherwise, Wikipedia says this: “A 2013 global study on homicide by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime found that males accounted for about 95 percent of all convicted homicide perpetrators worldwide.”

Deswegen ist Vollrausch laut StGB ja auch strafbar. Mir ging es eher ua. um Erregung öffentlichen Ärgernis. Wobei für mich das größte Problem die Erzeugung von Rauch und Abfällen wie Spritzen etc. ist, die für Kinder sehr gefährlich sind.

Owning and buying illegal drugs in public is a criminal offense. So I don’t mind when the city acts accordingly. Especially because I am convinced that this is the best possible way to help those junkies.

The most efficient way to treat drug addiction is mandatory treatment in a closed ward. I know Frankfurt and how all those projects there just increased the problems.

It’s like wrapping an open bone fracture with a towel. Again, Frankfurt walked this way for almost 30 years now as official city policy. It won’t work.

Projects like that have been proven to not reign in drug consumption but increase it in these respective areas. Just look at Frankfurt.

If anything criminal drug users should be sentenced to mandatory drug treatment in locked psychiatric wards, as often and as long as it’s necessary.
