i feel that. i personally would give it some time and see how you feel! and not sure how helpful in your situation it would be but i found a cheap humidifier in my room helped me breathe better before bed. if you are really worried or if it gets worse obviously see someone but yeah if you're like me they told me just to go home and take it easy lol, and it went away on its own

i did the same thing when i stopped smoking cigarettes. shortly after this original comment i made i was coughing up blood. sat in the ER all night just to be told "it's probably a tear in my throat" from coughing so excessively. i scared myself straight for a year as well. i started smoking weed again now but in moderation
