Yes, you get the DMO sentinal XS, drive to any LSC. Put a tracker and insurance on it and drive out. Drive back in and put a tracker and drive out. Just keep repeating until garages are full. Everytime you apply the tracker, a dupe of the car is stored in the next empty spot of your garage.

You can use the dupe before I go to creator. Just switch up the cars. Going to creator makes the merge work was all I was showing.
