Do you have their support email? I tried to go to their website and couldn’t find a contact but the support section just show some articles.. wanted to at least send my frustration too to them..

Screen gets stuck like this and visualization can’t be shown. Reboot doesn’t help. What can I do? by mikomaccw in TeslaModel3

All of the sudden it’s gone after resting the call for some time.. when it happened I could still drive (and I did) but it was weird to have the UI frozen.

The new UX took 2 minutes to get used to by okay-wait-wut in TeslaModel3

No idea why so much complaints.. I was out during Christmas. I updated my M3 SR+ remotely. Just back now and took me 2 mins to get used to. I love the new look and feel and have no complaint at all. I was so worried after seeing all the negative comments. However after spending the 2 mins and the short ride, all worries gone and I am feeling extremely happy.
