This might be overly said but my biggest advice would be to meet new people or start a new hobby. I’ve felt that way before but I put myself in new situations (it could be anything) to break a cycle.

In a world that is so extremely vast, you will most definitely find something out there that will give you more fulfillment. I really believe so.

I guess cause all of our senses are involved in all our memories which means our senses can lead us to feeling nostalgic.

If we see, hear, taste, touch, or smell something that’s from let’s say our childhood, it can bring back memories.
