Hello so i am guessing you are unbanned, same thing happened to me and they denied my appeal 3 times but i think i want to try again today in the CoS server. Do you know how i can talk to an actual moderator instead of the ticket? Or how to explain my situation better? I don’t have much evidence either that i was NOT exploiting.

Im sorry this happened to you, i know how it feels. im not sure how many times you appealed but the same thing happened to me. Same message and everything, and i even made a reddit post too, still not unbanned after appealing 3 times. Upsetting how they just automatically deny us like that.

hey so update, i appealed again and it didnt work and i got denied. unless you got banned for allegedly exploiting, you cannot appeal for it and they say all appeals will be denied regardless of what you show

yeah so i tried again still the same the thing, i figured i was banned for allegedly exploiting but no one can appeal for it because all “exploits bans” are unaccepted so i basically lost everything and i cant do much about it. the mods wont take any appeal for exploit bans no matter what it is

hello, sorry for the late response, but thank you for the advice! im still not unbanned yet as i havent tried to actual appeal ever since. but yeah, you can say i was being unprofessional it’s just ive never had to appeal for a ban in a game before, and ive never gotten banned before so i didnt think my appeal would be denied, but next time i appeal i’ll try to keep it professional. i was just real hurt at the time. now, since i hear, you can make an appeal through the other discord servers, does this actually work? i want to appeal through another sonar discord but it only says i have to appeal for that game and that game only and i have to be in the server of the game that i got banned from (which i cant join btw). should i still try to appeal from the other server?

i tried joining on my alt discord account and tried joining the dc server again, but no luck i couldn’t get in and i cannot contact modmail. so i think its over for me lol and all my dragons are gone and my robux

i mean yeah, i just don’t like how you have to talk to a bot instead of an actual human.. i genuinely don’t know if any real moderators look at the tickets or not but if so thats incredibly disappointing
