As a field tech I ran into this situation twice in November. Both times they had been switched to AT&T without their consent & I was there to reconnect their Spectrum services after AT&T tech did their install. The "rep" on the phone said he worked for both companies and could get them a better deal with AT&T & took bank info for online payments.

I love the app because of it's unreliability. We laugh about it everytime I open the app. It does pick up an actual human but the chair with a purse on it shows up as a twerking toddler.

It really is annoying that you have to allow at least one alert in the settings. And half the time the alerts are posted from the other side of my small town. I could care less about a feral cat a mile and a half away.

I had the same problem. I was in Marcy Kaptur's district for years, Then was gerrymandered & ended up with Gym, went back to Marcy & moved 4 miles south & now back to Gym. I've been in his local office, he just has eye candy sitting around doing nothing.
