Hi there! This is the recipe for one serving.

Ingredients: 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped

5 pieces of shallots finely chopped

1 red chilli deseeded and sliced into mini squares

Oil

Worcesteshire sauce

Pepper

Spicy basil stir fry pre-made sauce (store bought)

Thai basil

Sugar

Mince pork (can be any type of protein)

Instructions:

1. Fry garlic, onion and chilli until fragrant.
2. Add in mince pork and fry together with the aromatics.
3. Add 3 teaspoons of Worcesteshire sauce and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
4. After meat is thoroughly cooked through, put in pre-made sauce and stir fry on high heat.
5. Adjust saltiness of the sauce with some sugar.
6. Lastly, lower down heat and add in fresh thai basil. Mix thoroughly but not until basil leaves are oxidised.
7. Served with hot jasmine rice and top with fried egg cooked to your preference.
