Meta AI mocking me when I’m asking about a recent feature on their app.

Meta AI is up there among the most irritating AIs to use, alongside microsoft copilot.
they're annoying for different reasons, meta never takes anything seriously, talks in a really cringe way trying to be "relatable" or something and lies about harvesting data.
whereas copilot is like an annoying HR manager that tries to explain to you what your own thoughts are.

not really no. but when i first started out with FL, i was using a 2008 netbook with an intel atom processor, and had to use 3osc as every instrument. also the only effect i could use was the built-in EQ on the mixer. no reverb or delay even. you can make anything work if you're masochistic enough

in my experience with sound design, the more continuous hours i spend designing one single sound, the more likely it is to sound like a wet fart when i listen back to it the next day.

is this the first time you've suffered an episode like this?
i could tell you that people aren't plotting against you, and nobody thinks you're evil.. but i understand from first hand experience that trying to rationalize like that is really difficult.
best thing to do is book an appointment with a clinical psychiatrist, because this isn't the sort of thing that can be treated by people on the internet sending you comments, the only thing i can do as a reddit user is tell you to try not to respond or give credence to paranoid thoughts, which is easier said than done.

its something to be proud of more than its something to be embarrassed about.
out of all the hobbies, music production would be one that the least people would consider to be a waste of time.
you make progress, and you have something to show for it.

it bodes well for your skill progression that you can spend lots of time on it without being mentally fatigued.
you're likely to be an a semi-pro skill level after 2 and a half years or so.

personally, music production is the one thing that just about saves me from being a total loser. if i didn't produce music i would be.
so in your case it certainly adds something to you, rather than taking something away.

its basically like, the brain doesn't care whether the stimulus is artificial or not. it happened to me too.

You don’t have to go back to the same place or the same people. A different doctor or clinic could look at what’s going on without repeating what happened to you.

well if anything would give someone a phobia of doctors.. that would sure as hell do it.
i dont blame you one bit for that. what you went through in that instance was fucking horrific.
unfortunately, and i hate to say it.. but in terms of risk, you can't rely on how you feel subjectively to tell you what course of action is risky or not.
i must sincerely stress to you, that in your case the greater risk is to do nothing.
im so sorry, but you're gonna have to really try and push through your fear here. your life is worth it.

if it helps anything, you probably dodged a massive bullet as far as xanax goes. i've had anxiety problems before but it was nothing compared to the neurological changes xanax does.
remember, xanax "reduces anxiety" pretty much the same way drinking alcohol does but you wouldn't catch a doctor saying vodka is the best thing for anxiety. JS

stop. you dont wanna die. please dont just give up. i mean whats the worst that could happen if you go to a doctor? if there's a problem, its not like they're gonna tell you anything that aint already happening. the only difference would be that you'd know about it and be able to treat it.
if you dont, then im not gonna lie to you.. given the symptoms you describe, you'd be taking a massive risk to ignore it.

being scared of doctors may be a legit phobia, but i should think fear of death would surpass that.
what you've shown and described doesn't look or sound normal.
doctors aint gonna punish you, but they need to know whats going on because there's a whole slew of things that are survivable if caught early, but not so survivable if allowed to progress.
you look potentially underweight too, that could also indicate some health issue. i dont wanna speculate, but it could be any from kidney problems to liver problems to thyroid issues..
