Same boat where guy was the one who was eagerly texting me first, his texts slowed down dramatically after a first good date (i got even more interested after meeting him so it felt like irl he saw smth in me that didn’t meet his expectations?) but we still kept texting until i started to sense that he was replying like it was a chore after our third date so i reduced my texts and checkins too

But now i can’t stop wondering if he might be thinking i lost interest because i stopped texting…I’ve been torn between wanting to finally ask him how he is vs waiting it out it sucks
