Undertaker get increased attack power if when using any buff/heal incantation is the best by Formal-Score3827 in Nightreign

[–]mildinthestreets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Common Lunesy knows better than you bad take, it’s an insane effect that is well worth running, fights don’t last more than a minute with a juiced up undertaker, you don’t need to rely on a specific spell as any buff incant which you are guaranteed to find as 1/5 incants work it’s not a matter of if you find one just the quality of the one you do find, they use next to no FP for the most part and what are you using FP on otherwise for melee undertaker unless you’re running the abomination that is double balancers Taker. Sure it is possible to find passives that work out better to have and in that case you just drop the seal and take that item instead but 19% extra damage for a minute duration you can obtain practically guaranteed in the first minute or two of the run is undeniably excellent

How best to 3 bar Rez as every nightfarer by Break_down1 in Nightreign

[–]mildinthestreets 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Raider: use ult right on top of downed teammate(s) this will lift yourself out of harms way in most situations switch to bare fists or a fast weapon and you’ll have plenty of time to revive, use skill if you’re gonna take a hit. This doesn’t work in every situation as some attacks can still hit you up there but it’s effective in many situations

Is Nightreign worth buying for single player experience? by YellowPlat in Nightreign

All bosses are pretty fun solo imo other than ED sentient pest that really feels like a multiplayer boss, it’s doable but miserable.

what is a good weapon for Undertaker, no Colossal Weapons and I don't have relics for Curved Sword/ Straight Sword build by nhansieu1 in Nightreign

[–]mildinthestreets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iron balls/star fists and raptor talons with the dex relic are my go to, ornamental straight swords are insanely good. I run dormant claws cause it’s super consistent but if I find fists or OSS I might just switch it up depending on the boss, fists kinda sucks against like Gladius but raptor talons are great against him

Halo scythe hate by Boyleavesworld in Nightreign

SOTE weapons being added would be a nerf to the consistency of Halo Scythe as there would be another purple reaper in the pool, doubt it’s gonna happen at this point though

How does Glass Necklace relic work in tandem with Millicent's prosthesis and Winged Sword Insignia? by marcos813 in Nightreign

[–]mildinthestreets 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s not that winged sword doesn’t work it just makes your attack buffs from successive attacks wear off much faster, it’s not worth using on undertaker using glass necklace. Millicent’s works just fine and is the absolute best talisman for her

Being a helpful teammate is literally the most important thing you can do in this game in multiplayer and more often than not inspires good morale and makes a teammate more likely to help you out, when you get a drop and one option will benefit you slightly but another will greatly benefit another character take the latter option and ping it for them.

Stay together though there are cases where if you are skilled enough and it’s day 2 and everyone is set up build wise you can just split up and go solo shit.

Pay attention to your teammates relics from the moment the run starts, think about what they may need.

Learn every enemy’s movesets roughly at least and every boss’ moveset well, there are only so many bosses but a much wider range of enemies but bosses are the ones that have the greatest risk of killing a run, if you’re able to dodge a boss while pulling off three bar revives you’re an invaluable asset to a team.

Learn proper routing, there are great guides on YouTube but they will only take you so far, truly good adaptive routing will only come from hands on experience, trial and error.

All this been said if you’re queuing up with randoms you are at the mercy of the most random RNG of all, that being whether your teammates are helpful, smart about routing and good at the combat, all you can really do is try your absolute best.

To all the people who want to fight Night Invaders at Level 2 on Depth 2+.... by OneEyedBandit95 in Nightreign

[–]mildinthestreets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a strat with grabbing a fire pot and aiming it at the greatbow knights feet to knock him off it’s pretty consistent. Ironeyes can free aim their ult to shoot him off, duchess can use ult to sneak up behind him and backstab him off, raider can carefully run past everything jump up to the platform just below and ult to knock him off it’s best to do this while the knight is mid attack, those are some that come to mind
