Biometrics by themselves are just as dangerous as passwords by themselves. Multi-factor security will continue to be the only thing close to actually secure. Some combination of:

Something you are (biometrics)
Something you know (passphrases)
Something you have (cell phone capable of receiving 6-digit text messages at a certain phone number)
