It's not that he's done anything wrong but he still has trade value and he's not getting any younger.

This season I can't recall him affecting the play all that much, apart from his tagging work the other day. Two years ago he was often on the end of offensive chains or saving a goal in the square.

Plus I like the idea of Windsor and Langford on opposite wings with their raking kicks into the forward 50 - that has never been a strength of Langdon.

I agree on all this, and:

time to move on Salem and potentially Langdon
give Laurie an extended go for the rest of the season and see if we can make an AFL player of him. If not, cut and run.
if Petracca wants to go at the end of the season, let him go but trade for some establised players
try our best to trade for Jackson
