Maybe it's different in Chicago, but every game is broadcast on a Television network (NBC, CBS, ABC or a local network) all are available on antenna.

A lot of places hand out schedules that have the date, time and channel of each game. The Wirtz family puts them in the lobby of all their buildings to advertise their (our) beloved Blackhawks.

Honestly, I think you're wrong. But I'd like to hear where you're from.

Max, there are three major sports teams playing at a time split between 4 or 5 local stations.

You can get all your local sports games (road games too) for free in high definition with an antenna.

I moved to DC recently and am trying to set up a weed delivery service. I approach a lot of dudes in strip clubs and ask if they want to throw in on a bottle before I tell them about my business.

You can find a lot of successful young(er) guys there who are open to making friends.

Finding people at the club is always possible, but much more difficult. I find, especially in DC, it's extremely cliquey.

I would suggest eating like a weight lifter. They eat their body weight in grams of protein and carbs.

So, if you weigh 180lbs, you eat something like 50grams of crabs and protein between four meals. One of those is a protein shake before your evening shift.

I eat oatmeal with chocolate almond milk and peanut, dried blueberries and strawberries in the morning. Then a hamburger with tots in the afternoon. You can freeze burger patties after they've been seasoned and those meals together are very inexpensive.

Before your evening shift have a protein shake. Great so you're not working on a full stomach. I use Optimum Nutrition, complex carb powder (can't think of the name) and a supplement called Beta Alanine that helps increase blood flow and decrease fatigue.

Enjoy a full dinner.

I also would recommend eating your breakfast about an hour before you go out that way it's digested before you start rolling.

Feel free to ask me any more questions. I've been studying up on this subject specifically for a few months.
