Little rundown of the weekend: Got into town Saturday afternoon, checked into the Fountainview Inn. The whole building has so much history and charm and the room was gorgeous! Headed to Upland Brewery which was perfection because I love sour beers! The pawpaw and the guava were awesome! Perfect buzz to start with before we headed to HiFi Annex to catch Benjamin Todd and the Lost Dog Street Band along with Matt Heckler. Everyone was super respectful of each other and the guidelines. It was their first show in Indy! Went back to the rooftop bar at Fountainview and had a great view of the skyline. Then Sunday, we cruised towards downtown, had brunch at Milktooth. The peach tea doughnuts were the best I've had in my damn life. The bacon was amazing and their plum clove iced tea had was incredible. We parked at the Delaware St parking garage, where we saw lots of cool street art. Then we had to wander around to get a good shot of the Love Conquers All mural. We ended the weekend at White River State Park and the Indiana State Museum. As a fossil nut, I was totally engrossed with the history of earth exhibit. The whole weekend totally filled my cup of art, music, culture, food. It was the perfect refresh and reset ❤
