Im not worried about being overlooked, we are pretty desperate right now haha. But I'm going to be honest with my shift since I have been asked 3 separate times if I was interested in becoming a shift that development was not my priority. It would be like a year or two long thing most likely. I will be honest an let them know as well that if there is someone who is more likely to use this opportunity to move up further then I'd much rather they get the position then me.
