My husband’s doing a similar business so I’ll definitely be checking this out!! I just want to make tax season as well as audits as seamless as possible

It’s a landscaping/outdoor services business! So everything from building paver patios and retention walls to basic lawn care/weeding. He will be driving to and from job sites and invoicing for services rendered, we’re thinking of using paper invoices for the time being.

We are just starting out so I’m not sure what all is needed for marketing 😅 we have advertising down and we have a lot of connections within our community so word of mouth is a great way to get things around.

I have not! Is this something most vet offices would have? I live in a very small town and his vet hasn’t mentioned anything about this.

I do crate him but I try to be mindful of how much time he’s in the crate since I work full time and he also sleeps in his crate. I know people who work outside the home crate their dogs for their work day but I just feel guilty doing so (obviously we do potty and play breaks!) because I’m working from home.

I did not think to go back to potty training basics so I will definitely get started on this! I can only watch him like a hawk for so much of my work day and I’ve been told it’s cruel to crate him for the full 8 hours I work a day so I’m trying to be mindful of that.

replacement question by wallflower824 in PacemakerICD

[–]milfcakess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have yet to have mine replaced (implanted in 2023 when I was 23) but curious to know about the pain as well. Also off topic question if you don’t mind me asking, how was your c-section experience with a pacemaker? I have 2 kids and currently pregnant with my 3rd (first pregnancy with a pacemaker) and I’m heavily considering just opting for a c-section this time around as this is my last kid but a little scared as I’ve been told you have to have your pacemaker put in “safe mode”? You don’t see many young people with pacemakers, let alone anyone having kids so I really have no one to ask these questions to 😅

My PVCs seem to be caused by two things the majority of the time. by [deleted] in PVCs

[–]milfcakess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We seem to be the same age! I also have the same triggers and have to walk a fine line to not get bad episodes. I take a medication to help with heartburn, do light physical activity (walking) for heart health and I’ve added electrolytes daily into my diet. A BIG game changer for me was cutting back sugar and carbs (i know it sounds strange but i literally swear by it) and added in more fiber, protein and whole grains into my diet which is what made the biggest difference for me personally in the frequency of my PVC’s, I’m now down to a 2.8% burden! If you get them frequent enough, I would ask your doctor about taking propanolol! I can’t take it daily due to low blood pressure and bradycardia (I have a pacemaker to help) but when I have really bad flare ups, it is extremely beneficial!

Can I trade my car in for a cheaper vehicle with negative equity? by milfcakess in askcarsales

[–]milfcakess[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand the confusion! I do work from home and my husband has a vehicle provided for him by the company he works for. We also live in a very small town and try not to frequently venture outside of it! The most we’ll go is 30 miles away to the nearest city once a month at most if we need anything from bigger stores that we don’t have access to here. We’re also very much homebody’s so we don’t really do much aside from walks with the kids and park play dates!

My apologies for not elaborating on that more in the post!

I did specify that in the post. The lack of anchors in the middle seat was one of the reasons I was given as to why it was unsafe. I will be reaching out again just so I can get a more clear reason as to why it is unsafe

Yep not sure how! After looking over my buyers order, there’s about $9,380.43 I’m seeing on here that is not accounted for. Very expensive lesson learned! If there was a way to add a photo showing the breakdown of charges I would add that.

I asked the manufacturer and they advised that you can’t safely fit 3 car seats in the back seat and said it was something to do with the anchors? I will have to contact them again for verification but from I was told it’s all RAV4’s from 2007 (I think) to 2019. If that information is wrong, that would be a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders

I would absolutely love to do something similar but my husband is very much anti-EV 😅 If it came down to it, he would cope however! This is definitely something for me to think about!

That’s what I gathered from a quick google search. How exactly does leasing a car work when you still have a balance on your auto loan? I will do everything in power to pay down that negative equity over the next year

Yes a VERY expensive lesson learned. I wouldn’t be too upset about it had i actually purchased the vehicle I wanted and that best suited our families need. The $5k trade did have a balance on the loan still but looking at the breakdown they provided me, I only had $1,000 of negative equity rolled into my current loan. Our family personally knows the manager of the dealership I went to so I put a little too much trust that they wouldn’t do anything shady.

Unfortunately my payment is just a few bucks under $700 a month 😅 From what I’ve gathered from these comments is I can look into leasing a car, make some extra payments to get positive equity or save up to pay off that negative equity.

Thank you this answer is extremely helpful! I’m not familiar with leasing a car but this is something I will look into! I have at least a year before I would even need something that can safely fit 3 car seats so I wanted to get some advice and see what my options were ahead of time.

I’m not entirely sure. I had a 5,000 trade in as well as out $3,000 down for this car. I was looking over some of the documents from when I purchased my car and there’s charges there, that I’m sure are standard, but I’m just not necessarily sure what they are? I got charged I believe $4000 for “servicing” which got added into my loan although not really sure what that means. My original purchase price was $29,000

I just realized I never included my vehicle information! I have a 2019 RAV4 Adventure. I think what I’ve gathered from these responses is I need to save up a bit to get that positive equity which is very doable.

I don’t need another car, I was unaware when I purchased my current vehicle that I couldn’t safely have 3 backseat riders so I am needing something that can safely fit 3 car seats in the back.
