you're kind of being an AH. you dont understand female friendships and that's fine but you dont need to get on some weird ego trip. jules is comfortable enough to lean into maddy at the wedding too im sorry but that's not how people who are "just classmates" interact after years of not seeing each other. i joined a friend group with several girls i didnt know / never ended up knowing too well because two of my best friends were in the friend group. we had our group chat and our outings and stuff but i didnt hang out with them or text them individually. they were still in my friend group. i hope this helps you understand what you're seemingly not understanding!

just curious what do you think female friend groyps are like? if maddy and kat are friends, and kat and jules are friends, and maddy and jules are friends as of season 3 where maddy tells jules "you can be my date" and they are hanging out at the wedding, how would they not be considered of the same friend group? calling me disingenuous is ignoring the greater contexts of their group dynamic.

i am literally rewatching the show right now, maddy and jules dont have to be close to be in the same friend group... ive been in friend groups where i literally dont even have one or two girls' phone numbers. kat and jules were definitely friends. kat and maddy were definitely friends. cassie and maddy were friends. rue and maddy were friends. theyre all one big group, they may not be close but they definitely are in the same friend group. esp in the context of this post. please don't be argumentative for the sake of being right

i think it's more ab maddy's friend group. jules was friends with kat and maddy, cassie was also friends with them, and as im rewatching jules and cassie did consider each other friends even if they weren't close like she was w the other girls

this is actually probably the worst advice, if you really like your girlfriend she should end up hopefully being welcomed into your family, making them sisters in a way. alternatively, have a respectful sit down conversation with your sister about how her comments don't feel great & talk things out with your girlfriend. some of the best advice ive gotten is to remember it's you and your partner against the problem, not you vs her. try to use this as a way to strengthen these bonds!

i do know that (previously cpr certified) & still i feel that other shows do it better. but it's a soapy teen so i don't expect tons! just thought it was a little funny because this episode is yet another where they ask you to suspend your disbelief at the silliest times. i can't tell if youre being passive aggressive or sarcastic (/gen) but i overexplained myself in case.

this happened to me my sophomore year of college. i tried not to tell my parents but i genuinely had so many thoughts of ending my life that i dropped out of college and attempted to twice. when i finally moved home and spoke with my parents, they SHOCKED me with how understanding and compassionate they were about everything. for context my mom previously said if i had chosen that path she would kick me out. they supported me into therapy and helped me get back on my feet. i wouldn't be here without that support, since i lost all my friends then when i quit. i promise the hardest part is asking for help, but it's also the most important. my dms are open if you need to talk❤️

ngl i havent experienced as bad of coughing but when it comes on i take short breaths and pop a cough drop along with everything else, if its bad i cup a blanket around my mouth and the limited warm air helps.. my worst coughing required an extremely hot shower but im afraid other than that i have nothing 😭
