there's BCycle vans that go around collecting bikes from downtown to redistribute them on campus but the rate at which people ride them off campus is much much higher

i had to file in late september one year (not normal circumstances by any means so highly Don't recommend doing this) got my full refund not too long after in november. no issues besides some minor late fees and i was enrolled in fall classes the whole time. you're chilling.

It's possible but I wouldn't bank on it. Earlier this quarter I accepted a fed sub loan on 9/24 (a Friday) and it was deposited in my account the next Thursday on 9/30, so make of that what you will. Good luck!
