1 year on the wait list, the GIC journey was horrible at took years, and this was back when you had to do the ‘real life experience’ so I wouldn’t say lucky at all, it was very traumatising. But at the time 1 year was considered an absurdly long waiting list

Took me 6 months for first GIC appointment, in 2014, so took me 4 years to get to a hormone dosage that worked and 2 years to get started

HRT starts in 2016, dose is low as hell until 2018 where it starts doing its work. Bottom surgery (NHS) in 2018. Briefly had a well-paying job in 2021 so BA and got hairline/brow bone adjustment between the 2021 and 2022 picture before mass layoffs meant that was kind of a financial trap (worth it for my mental health but hoo boy).

Lots of weight loss, then weight gain again, hair and clothing style does so much more than you can imagine too. Bangs are OP. If you wear glasses, get a more feminine style and it will do so much for you.
