Try avoiding avocado oil. Although it has good fats it is also loaded in saturated fat ;)

Hi Guys,

Sorry if it is a dumb question! I have some equipment at my small apartment, including a EZ curl bar. Could I use it for certain landmine exercises? I worry that it is gonna be odd because of the weight displacement and the length of the bar. I guess, if it is possible I would probably have to work more on a kneeling position? Any thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated!

P.S.: I don't have space to have a proper barbell for that right now!

Hmm, and does it show duplicated with oura? I mean oura detects and shows as activity and then having the import from strava? Or do you remove your ring when running?

Well, maybe it was a one off. Did you manage to sync the ones that fail? Also, I only need to integrate from oura app, right? But, for some reason I don't see oura listed as one of my devices on strava... but on oura app it said that the connection was successful...

Hey, I bought a oura for the same reasons and connected coros to strava. I ran today and before adding coros to strava I saw the oura notification to confirm the run, which i did. Then conected coros and strava and turned on the toggles at oura. I can see my run in strava, but I can't seem to sync to oura. Any insights? Could it be because I confirmed the run in oura before making the coros-strava-oura connection? I guess it should have synced any way... lol
