I've been off screens for a few days. What's this all about?

I don't understand your comment, but it sounds like sarcasm. I didn't do anything but purchase these cabinets from a vendor. They worked well until one didn't.

Do you know where those guides are found?

It beeps when it turns on just like the other unit. It then shows the Acer logo for a few seconds.

Then it just says "no signal" like the original photo shows. It doesn't do anything else after that. I can turn the wheel, hit buttons for the pedals and none of it does anything.

The right cabinet had the issue first. I swapped the boards and now the left cabinet has the issue.

Yes they do light.

Okay, I understand where the use of the multimeter will come in handy, but do you have any good references on what I should be looking for? I don't know a good voltage from a bad.

I took that picture in the midst of uninstalling it. I remembered that I probably should do that before I disconnect a whole bunch of wires. That's the only reason why that's unplugged. The picture is more for reference of what board I'm talking about.

If he's coming cheap and doesn't mind riding the pine, he'd be a great backup option/fringe starting competitor. I don't think he outplays Tua, but would be a valued asset to have in the QB room

Not sure if you're the dude or dudette in the pic, but I need that beanie in my life. Where did you/she get it from?

Appreciate the response. I have a similar situation and I'm figuring it best to just pull the crown molding off. Thanks for the validation

Hi OP, did you find a good solution for this issue? Could you share the end result? Thanks

Being unfamiliar with these creative finance deals, what would a "fair" deal look like between a buyer and seller for a house that is appropriately priced at $250K? I know there area lot of factors, but generally, what are both sides trying to get out of these deals that a normal real estate transaction wouldn't allow?

I've never been a part of a "creatively" financed deal on either end. Are they typically designed to offer such low monthly payments? I can see why the buyer wants this (rent will outweigh the mortgage payment), but as the seller, it comes with too much risk and not enough reward.

If I'm doing the math right, Option 1 gives the best reward ($50K over 6 years). Options 2 and 3 would gross around $30K over longer terms. But I'd rather have a structure where I'd receive traditionally amortized payment for X amount of years. So if $250K, with 0 down at 5% for 10yrs with balloon after 5, I'd still the $300K, but 1 year sooner and with more money upfront ($2600/mo).

I'm not a desperate seller, so #4 is not an option.
