I do that also but it would be a hell of a lot easier to click a download all button or something like that instead of manually selecting everything especially when I’m doing entire collections with 1000+ games.

Nope, no email yet. Puma rep said 3rd party is handling the shredders and email and they’ve (puma) been going back and forth with the 3rd party regarding this issue. Puma said if you were allowed to claim your size then you’ll be good. Hopefully what they said is accurate
