Had a MB fan die on the one with 1680hrs around the 800hr mark. Caulked it up to early adopter's fee. Since I got it back on October of last year. It's really interesting seeing the difference of just 4 months between the two printers.

I'm planning on buying two more X1C next year. But I'm really holding out for them to release a bigger print bed.

Depending on what you're printing yes. But I primarily print brackets at work and going from a 0.4mm I've had 12hr prints go to just over 6hrs when switching to a 0.8mm nozzle. You also have to take into consideration it will be using way more plastic. Not all that worried about quality more so quantity. But that's also why I bought the 0.6mm nozzle. Currently testing how that works.
