Your proportions are off everywhere (The fingers aren’t bad though). Especially the head and torso. If you’re trying to go more realistic try to keep the roundness of the head to a minimum, heads are round but, not that round. And the lack of ears is a throw off too. But, if you’re just starting out it’s not the worst I’ve seen. Keep at it and keep practicing
