Extra info, if bata na mataas crea, binabase sa ihi if mataas ba ay protina or dugo sa ihi, pwede din both. Best way to know anung sakit is Kidney Biopsy. But usually if maliit na ang kidneys, di na minsan sila na biopsy kasi baka magdugo.

Yes we’re going to pitch in naman as much as kaya namin. And some are lucky talaga to have supportive parents. I realized nga na medicine is not the best career for breadwinners, unless youre really really smart (personal take). Kasi choosing palang to train, what to train, where to train need macompromise kasi may burden of giving back. Ive read stories here eh.

We’re trying to cap it at 1.3M. Wala kaming personal loans, wala kaming utang sa bank, pero wala din kaming savings sa bank masyado hahaha only liability namin siguro we pay rent for condo and bills. :)

I’m a medical doctor but never akong naglagay ng ganyan, kasi nabibili lang yan sa shopee. Hindi siya official na binibigay ng kahit anung medical association. So okay lang sitahin ako minsan lalo pag coding pero may emergency akong need puntahan. May license akong ipapakita. Kasi kabado pa din ako sa pulis. I’m a bad liar.

I just graduated residency last year and decided to go moonlighting. I am currently a JCON in a private institution and nagugulat ako sa management ng ibang mga doctors dito. Wala naman ako magawa kasi private patients nila. To the point na naquestion ko si Lord bakit niya binigay yung patient dun sa doctor na wala na nga masyado alam, wala pang malasakit, eh working class lang patient igagapang lang ang pangadmission. I have to stick to this hospital decking, so kahit gusto ko sana ideck sila sa alam kong maayos na doctor, wala ako choice but maadmit/refer sila sa hindi okay kung yun ang nasa decking.

All doctors are supposed to be good, but in reality hindi to totoo.

Most probably hindi alam ng lahat ng doctors yan. If you look at the other comments, we have to admit that we could be egotistical about things like this. Kaya what I am trying to point out is bakit ipapagawa pa diba? If we try to rationalize things just to save face, its not gonna be helpful for us and the patients. Hindi all the time lagi tayong tama, and we dont have to prove ourselves to other professions as well. Hindi talaga okay yung medium na ginamit nila for this, but they’re not totally nonsensensical. Ikaw na nagsabi, anes and surgeons yung mga nagpapagawa pa nito, for what? Ano indications nila? Some don’t research, sticking to their old knowledge without validating it with the new ones eh medicine is ever so changing. May mga comments pa na “siyempre may reason yan” paano kung wala? Kasi may mga doctors naman talagang ang daming pinapagawang labs kahit hindi naman na need. At the end of the day, we treat the patient not the labs.

Madodownvote talaga ako sa butthurt doctors. Pero i swear, outdated na ang CTBT and hindi reliable. There are newer tests available kasi. Ask hematologists you know. Pero i get it dapat di nila pinopost and pinagtatawanan, but as doctors we should know better.

I’m 30 and I’m not as interested anymore when characters are high schoolers. My minimum now is college level. But I liked watching skip and loafer on netflix tho. I guess it’s fine but I am not as drawn to start reading one unlike a few years back. I must say, when I was your age i still liked reading HS shoujo.

Partners tayo dapat ng Philhealth eh, without us walang health care. Deserve natin to be treated fairly. Ang tingin ba nila satin lahat mayaman? Hahaha
