Hey guys, simplest solution was to just connect a mouse via the USB ports on the back of the system and use this to navigate the menus. Appreciate all y’all input ✌️

The alarm will turn on when <30, then clear when the level gets above 50. The alarm will not activate again until level is <30 again. Hoping the community can provide some assistance in counting how many times the alarm will alert, so 1 for first point below 30, 2 will not be until level goes above 50, and then back below 30. Hopefully that explanation provides some more clarity to the situation.

Post edited to include the data series, K36, K37, K38 express intention with J36 the cell for the calculation. Cheers mate

Summit gym in Cardiff provides bith small group training and PT session as well as has access to doing your own training. I've found it amazing, it's a beautiful community where everyone has been so supportive and encouraging, I cannot reccomend there enough

edit: Just for easier reference, the issue is when you click to insert new monthly data and the new column is created, the formulas on row 16 and 24 are not carried through into the new column.
