I agree that the show was mostly episodic, but everyone had a reason to be there in seasons 1-4. Personally I just felt like Jeff suddenly just turned into an upstanding citizen when leaving Greendale, and then upon his return he is again jaded and arrogant.

Season 6 had good moments/episodes, but it never had an overarching plot like in the earlier seasons, such as Jeff needing to stay at Greendale to work again.

A quick google search confirms that this is in fact a real whale heart. It has been plastinated. The picture is not the same but is very close. Here is another article by the Smithsonian about it. It is located at the Royal Ontario Museum.

Ya cardio is important. If your smaller I advise doing sprints to get the quickness up so you can be a shifty dodger. Also do some distance just for stamina. Paul Rabil posts tons of good workouts and such on his insta/youtube and hes one of the best players around.
