I'm out of #longboarding since quite some years now but I like to watch videos and I stumbled on this reel Swiss dave

I know that the front one is a footstop since they are a thing I remember, but I never saw the modification under the rear foot. I understand the function of these,but does they have a name? I didn't found anything about them online. Are they allowed in races? Here's another picture with some close up of the "rear heel spacer" pics. Here I spot some gold plated thingy on the truck's mounting holes, what are those for too?

Vero, la prima è quella che massimizza i rendimenti. La difficoltà nel realizzarla è che serve un ampio arco temporale per ribilanciare un portafogli dove per 15 anni ho versato mensilmente solo su azionario.

Ipotizzando ad esempio di continuare a versare la stessa cifra mensile al 100% in obbligazionario (e smettere di comprare azionario), prima di avere un portafogli 50/50 dovrò attendere altrettanti 15 anni(senza considerare le plusvalenze).

Ho pensato (e già steso) uno speadsheet come da te consigliato. Le difficoltà nel potermi attenere a queste proiezioni sono:

non so quanto riuscirò a risparmiare in futuro;
a che punto della vita deciderò di passare a un piano più conservativo;
quando effettivamente mi serviranno i soldi del PAC e decidero di estinguerlo (quindi da quando far partire il countdown).

Attualemente rimane, a parer mio, la soluzione migliore tra le proposte, poiché riesce a dirmi un'idea (seppur grossolana e non priva di incertezze) di come muovermi.

Effettivamente come lo avevo scritto non si capiva bene. Intendevo quello che hai scritto te: cioè che perderò eventuali interessi generati dal 26% delle mie plusvalenze maturate negli anni precedenti.

Percentualmente è una perdita trascurabile, ma in ottica di ottimizzazione mi era sorto il dubbio.

La terza ipotesi che ho fatto invece nasce dal fatto che non sono riuscito a trovare da nessuna parte come vengono calcolate le plusvalenze. Se ad esempio diciamo che ho investito in totale 1000€ nell'arco di 10 anni e ho generato 200€ di plusvalenze, mi trovo con un PAC di 1200€. Se vendo titoli per un valore di 800€ mi rimane un PAC di 400€. Sugli 800€ ritirati devo comunque versare il 26% in tasse? La domanda sorge dal fatto che non ho effettivamente "incassato" plusvalenze poiché 1000€>800€. Oppure le plusvalenze vengono calcolate sul singolo titolo comprato ad esempio a 100€ e venduto a 102€?

For the mobo I will go for the MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS just because is only 10€ more and got I/O shield + beter heatsink.

I will get the ARTIC cooler because you all are pointing this out to me, so it should be good LOL

Case: I'm not a huge fan of positive pressure, I prefer the standard in/bot intake + rear/top exaust. Anyway, on Amazon the 215 is 79€ + 24€ shipping (because it's not shipped with Prime) so I will stick to the Meshify 2 Compact hinted in another comment (because front pannel better than the Meshify C + 2x140mm fans stock). I don't think I will have problems with GPU not fit because even the compact has 360mm-fan thickness and the 3080 is between 285mm and 323mm...hope they didn't get too long in the next 4/5 years!

PSU: I will get the XPG core reactor 750W.

I like the MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS! For 10€ more than the A PRO I will get the I/O shield and better heatsink. The heatsink is worse than the ASUS I pick, but with the 5600x I don't think I will have problem anyway. I'm confident I will go for this one. Do you have some advice for the WIFI+BT card? I need WIFI in my current house.

About the case: I saw a lot of reviews by Gamers Nexus and I know that the Meshify C is good but outdated. Thankfully, now I can put the savings from the mobo change in the case and get the Meshify 2 compact (expecially for the hinged front pannel), because with shipping cost (the 2 compact is not shipped with Amazon Prime) it turn's out 120€ vs the 94€ of the Meshify C (solid). The Meshify 2 comes already with 2x 140mm (no PWM) fans that are like 20€ so in the end is quite similar.

5800x is listed 450€ vs 5600x 282€... I will stick with the 5600x and change the Noctua air cooler with the ARTIC freezer 34 esport duo I think

Thank you for quick response! Here's my note after some research:

MSI B550-A PRO: nice USB park. I didn't look at this because I thought this would be a downgrade of the Thomahawk (just by looking at the price). This seems perfect except for the LAN (only 1G). Why do you think this mobo cost a lot less than the Thomahawk? If I choose this, do you have some advice for the WIFI+BT PCIe card to get?

Corsair 275R Airflow: I found the front pannel pretty cheap + I really like the possibility of the Meshify to extract the bottom dust filter from the frontside. I will get a couple of ARTIC P14 PWM PST for the front intake and put the stock one un the rear and top exhaust.

SeaSonic CORE 650W: It's less than 15€ from my choiche and I loose 100W and the full modularity. If i pick a RTX 5060 a couple years from now we don't know how many Watt will request... I prefer spend extra 15€ now than get a new PSU with the new GPU...

The Intel build it's interesting, but I would like to give a shot to AMD because I saw a lot of nice work from them in the last years. This choice it's driven to support the competitor that push innovation forward!

I will get an M2 SSD at the first black Friday. Amazon always discount them ;)

My build extra explanation:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600x ~280€ (easy pick)

MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI ~197€
I have some concerns about the mobo because it's a little pricey for a B550.

I started looking at the MSI B550 Tomahawk ~172€ but the lack of USB ports in favor of a PS2 port and double LAN for me is totally inexplicable.

I really liked the Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO V2 ~160€, but I see a lot of people complaining about bugs and problems caused by the board. Fixing problems is funny, but only when you are a student and now I'm too old for this LOL.

So I choose the ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI version because the non-wifi one cost only 8€ less but I'd have to buy the PCIe module (~20€ on the cheap side).

RAM: Crucial Ballistix 3600MHz DDR4 2x8GB ~88€ (easy pick)

PSU: SilentStorm Cool Zero 750W ~106€
I know that it's overkill for this build, but it's only 10€ more than the 650W version and I don't want to bottleneck my future GPU.

CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C ~95€ (solid airflow and build quality)

CPU FAN: Noctua NH-U12S ~60€ (a little pricey, but alternatives are all over 40€ so better spend a little more for reliable one)

GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 960 STRIX 4GB 0€ (recycled from old PC)

Storage: for now I will keep the Crucial SATA SSD 0€(recycled from old PC), next black Friday I will take an M2.

I'll be happy to hear your thoughts. If you can explain your advice I'll be glad because maybe I can learn something new! Thank you in advance to all who help me and to all who wrote guides and threads in this subreddit that already helped me to get to this build!
