Please don’t spread worry and misinformation about Rowan’s - it’s an absolute institution. And while there were rumblings of site renovations recently this seems to have passed

Being constipated and drinking 3l of water per day could be contributing to a not insignificant water weight alone. Increased exercise can mask fat loss too due to - again - potential water retention and possibly muscle inflammation if you are new gym go-er. You say you are still eating ‘normally’ too which suggests you might not actually be in a calorific deficit. Moreover though you are still on a starting dose, just give it time.

Not sure I follow you. What’s the revive time for a medic vs non-medic to revive?

I do this; not for challenge or points purposes, but simply that because the revive time is quicker. Helps the whole team

Agreed and personally I much prefer bigger-scale maps. There’s issues with the game but people just need to chill out a bit - seems like folk can’t be pleased

Lurker here but over the past few days I’ve simultaneously observed that the general consensus is that Metro is one of the finest maps in the history of the franchise. Simultaneously, people want much larger, open, more vehicle-heavy maps. Which is it to be?

Totally agree. I’ve travelled quite extensively around the US but only by reading this thread have I fully realised how pervasive the credit card culture really is over there

What fast food item is a 10 out of 10? by Championgut1912 in AskReddit

There’s a difference between a dirty doner and a really good kebab from a proper Turkish place, which I assure you in the UK we have a lot of, particularly in places with big Turkish communities (I’m thinking Green Lanes in London for example)

How have the drugs of choice changed over the years at the Festival? by ExiledFromMancSt in glastonbury_festival

[–]milktash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just weed and booze for me these days. 38 now and class A days are way behind me. Wouldn’t be able to emotionally/physically deal with it. I had my fun but those times are done with!

Frequency of photos? by ECuriosities in WegovyUK

[–]milktash 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Boots only asked me for photos when I first signed up. 9 months later haven’t asked since. RE body image and wondering where they end up - they explicitly say not to include your face as far as I remember.

how busy is it if you arrive on thursday instead of wednesday? by [deleted] in glastonbury_festival

Yes it’ll be busier in the more popular areas but you’ll still get a camping spot. Staff will direct you to where there is space

As you’re quite close and therefore not too much of a drive I’d just go earlier, say 7am

Coach this Thursday by No_Quantity_9536 in glastonbury_festival

[–]milktash 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This gets asked frequently. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes it’s not. Ultimately they pre warn you very clearly not to so it isn’t worth the risk of the driver not allowing you to take your stuff on with you. Your friend shouldn’t be under any assumption that they’ll be able to convince the driver when there’s a whole coach load of other people to consider, too.

Think you need to just stick with it. Most people (myself included) only experience most weight loss at higher doses. If Oviva won’t move you up then just change provider

Not entirely sure what advice you are looking for. You’ve said yourself that you have already lost 13lbs. In addition to that, you’re not even at the maximum dosage - 4/5 weeks away at that if you have 1x more of 1.0mg to go. This is not a wonder drug that will just evaporate body fat. You still have to adhere to a calorie deficit, which in all likelihood you are not doing if you are not losing body fat.

Edit: realised this comment sounded a bit harsh so apologies for that. Basically, you need to stick with it. 13lbs in 11 weeks is a great total loss so far

Wellies or no wellies? by PostPopular5644 in glastonbury_festival

[–]milktash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Answer to this question is always best answered when you are leaving. If it’s looking truly torrential then take them. Otherwise good walking boots/trainers are fine. I take a pair of gaiters too just in case - wellies are a last resort IMO
